Benevolent patrons of this blog should gmail me at Starbuck.Powersurge to make your kind offers of gifts...
are you familiar with this book . same idea as the timewaster letters. very funny, i first bought it in london in 1993 for the ex-father-in-law but had to get one for myself as it was such a fun book. i must dig it out and read it again :) and will look out for the timewaster book too
Not familiar, Susan, but like the look of it. Shame it's out of print. I used to read the Timewaster letters in a magazine some years back & they creased me up...
And Birdy, I've got TAKK by SR & think its wonderful Walkman music. If I was a rich man I'd get one of the concert&flight packages to see them in their native Iceland.
As for Mogwai, its something I heard years and years ago on Pete Tong of all places but have never got round to following up before now... I've heard only good things, however.
Unlike William Shatner, for which I've received abuse.
