[ Sunday, July 02, 2006 ]Animal Rescue AftermathStarbuck [17:28] Comments: 0 [] Back in April we were woken by the sound of a mother duck in distress, waddling franticly up and down the road outside our house, or perching herself sentinel-like on the nearby rooftops. Her babies were trapped in the pit of a nearby electricity substation where she had nested. The electricity company were called to see what they could do, and a very nice electrician spent hours trying to coax them into a box.
